XPENG's EVs are manufactured at the fully-owned plant located in Zhaoqing, China. Job Description - Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Advise on warranty handling and assessments for our service partners’ service centers.
  • Follow-up of warranty cases with our service partners’ service centers.
  • Provide warranty and technical support and advice to our service partners' service centers.
  • Regularly provide technical and warranty feedback to the XPENG organization.
  • Support colleagues in the Service team and others in the organization regarding technical and warranty cases.
  • Occasionally provide technical assistance to Marketing & PR for events and press management.
  • Participate in various internal XPENG groups related to technical challenges and solutions and staying updated on EV (Electric Vehicles) technology advancements, industry trends, and regulations to guide decision-making and project direction.
  • Maintaining records, generating reports, and documenting technical procedures, findings, and project progress for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Reports to Head of Aftersales in Norway and being part of the Service team.

Desired skills and characteristics:

  • Interest in and adeptness at warranty handling; including legal aspects.
  • Efficient, structured, and systematic.
  • In-depth technical knowledge, diagnostic and troubleshooting of electric cars.
  • Outgoing and good at building relationships with our service partners’ service centers and with colleagues.
  • Extraordinarily good understanding of customer service
  • Flexible and team-oriented; willing to provide support and solve tasks beyond the core job duties.
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office 365.
  • Good English language skills.
  • Valid Norwegian driver's license
