XPENG is headquartered in Guangzhou, China with multi-regional offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Silicon Valley, and San Diego. In 2021, the Company established its European headquarters in Amsterdam, along with other dedicated offices in Copenhagen, Munich, Oslo, and Stockholm. XPENG's EVs are manufactured at the fully-owned plant located in Zhaoqing, China. To further expand our production capacity, two new self-owned intelligent EV manufacturing bases in Guangzhou and Wuhan are under construction now.

Role Overview:

As a Deputy Aftersales Manager in Xpeng Motors Norway AS, you will support service operations throughout our network and partnerships in Norway. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient functioning of service centers, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards for electric vehicle maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Satisfaction: Drive a customer-centric approach, ensuring prompt resolution of customer issues and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  2. Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for service center staff, keeping them updated on EV technology, diagnostic tools, and service best practices.
  3. Performance Analysis: Analyze service center performance metrics, such as turnaround time, customer feedback, and service quality, to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Inventory and Parts Management: Oversee inventory levels of spare parts and equipment, ensuring adequate stock for efficient service operations in close co-operation with the Parts team in Aftersales Norway.
  5. Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality maintenance, repair, and diagnostic services for electric vehicles, maintaining industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.
  6. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and legal requirements in all service center activities.
  7. Collaboration: Liaise with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and engineering, to relay customer feedback, technical issues, and contribute to product improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in automotive or EV service management, demonstrating progressive leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of electric vehicle systems, diagnostics, and maintenance requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools for performance analysis and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications or training in electric vehicle technology, service management, or related fields.
  • Experience in expanding service networks or establishing new service centers
