As we’re continuing our growth in Norway we are now looking for 3 Paint sprayers for our Bodyshop at Karihaugen, Oslo.

Tesla is looking for three Bodyshop Paint technicians to work on one of the most progressive, innovative high end vehicle brands in the world. This position will involve being part of a refinishing team that deliver outstanding repairs in turn delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Spraying and finishing vehicles in an efficient manner, ensuring correctness of color match and final finish to the company and customer’s expected standards 
• Helping to prepare vehicles for paint jobs, including masking, sanding and other paint preparation when needed 
• Carrying out work in a safe manner adhering to manufacturer and industry guidelines 

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as an Automotive Painter in a body shop environment. Prior painting experience with Tesla vehicles will be considered a plus.
• Excellent painting and color matching skills 
• Experience with smart repairs 
• Certificate as a car painter / billakkerer is a plus
• Flexible: You are able and willing to work on a shift schedule, rotating between early shift (07:00 - 15:00) and late shift (14:00 - 22:00)
• Good English skills, both oral and written 
• A valid driving license
